A.T.C. was a gangsta rap group from the Hunters Point section of San Francisco, California. Their debut album, "All Too Critical" was released in 1996 by Strait Black Records. All songs were produced by A.T.C., Alley Katt, and M. Shahada. The album features apperances by rappers The Alley Katt, E. Sick (of Cold World Hustlers), Bald Head (of U.N.L.V.), 2.2, and Young Wan. The artwork was designed by Phunky Phat Graph-X.
